Listing rules

palava.city lists businesses, services and useful numbers for Palava residents, free. These rules keep the directory honest and useful. They apply to every listing, whether you list your business yourself, send it on WhatsApp, or it comes from your own advertisement in a residents' group.

Who can be listed

• Businesses and services that serve Palava and nearby (Dombivli East, Khoni, Taloja Road and around): shops, clinics, schools and classes, home chefs, tradespeople, home services and more.
• Home-based businesses are welcome. We show your society or area, not your flat number.
• You must run the business, or be allowed to list it.

What a listing must be

• True and current: real name, real services, a number that answers. Tell us when anything changes.
• Your own business: no listing on behalf of someone who has not agreed.
• One entry per business (one per branch if you have several).
• Plain description: what you offer, where, and when. No "best in Palava" claims we cannot check, no fake reviews or ratings.

Not allowed

• Anything illegal, or needing a licence you do not have (for example medical practice without registration).
• Adult or escort services, gambling, betting, alcohol or tobacco sales, weapons.
• Investment schemes, loans, chit funds, crypto, "work from home" earning offers and other money-making schemes.
• Property listings (sale, rent, deposits) in the directory: these will have their own section.
• Political, religious or hateful content; anything that targets a person or community.

How we check

Every listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live, usually within a day. We may shorten or correct a description, choose the right section, or decline a listing. Once live, changes go through us so nothing reaches the public page unchecked.

Changing or removing your listing

On WhatsApp (+91 8779 421204), send FIX or CLAIM with your entry's number (shown on its page), or write to grievance@virtualcoo.ai. If your business was listed from your own advertisement and you would rather not be listed, tell us and we will remove it.
